I am soo truly thankful that the Lord has called me to be a mother. What a blessing, a mother of two children. What a task I have, I am to ensure that I raise them right, raise them for the Lord, teach them His ways. But I am soo thankful that I have His Word to guide me in that. The Lord did not leave us empty handed. We have His pure, undefiled Word with the king james bible, to live by. It's our manual, our how to book, our thou shalt not and our thou shalt, He gives us commandments, rules to live by, what not to do, followed by what too do. God is sooo wonderful, He's a God of Love, full of love and mercy and grace, but not just love mercy and grace, He's also a Just God, a Jealous God, unchanging God, and soo many more attributes. I am soo thankful for all that He is. It's soo important not to focus on just one or two of God's attributes, but to fully acknowledge them all. John 1:1 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. here in this verse it tells us how the bible is God and that it was from the beginning. Also here are some verses that tell us that God is unchangeable, He Never changes! Malachi 3:6 " For I am the LORD, I change not" Hebrews 13:8"Jesus Christ the same yesterday. and to day, and for ever." also psalms 33:11 and I am sure there are more. I am soo thankful that He is unchanging, what would my life be like if God changed all the time? I wouldn't want to know! And while on the thought of our Unchanging God, if he's unchanging-like His Word says, and His Word is God- like the bible says, than why is it, that we have so many different english "versions or better said perversions" of the "bible" that have changed His Words? Even taken out parts of His Word? That does not make much since to me. Since we read verses in the Bible that say He never changes! But yes there are Always NEW versions coming out. What was wrong with the first one anyways, who are we to change God's Word?
Well that was a little rabbit trail I went off on, but my point is that as a mother, it is sooo assuring and comforting to know that we have a manual for life, and manual of how not to raise our kids and how to raise our kids, a guide on Mothering! Glory to God for his Goodness to us!
It was nice, I got to spend some time with my mom on mothers day, and we tried to get some pictures of me and her and my two kids, it was fun and funny, I set the camera on a ladder and on timer mode, so I would push the button and run back to get into the picture!
I hope everyone has a wonderful mothers day!

We are SOOOO BLESSED to be mothers! Sometimes I cannot believe that God gave me such a wonderful priviledge and task in this life to raise these five little children for Him! Praise God we have HIM, the perfect parent, to partner with in raising godly seed!
