So I stumbles across this http://www.thekitchn.com/thekitchn/stay-cool/how-to-make-creamy-ice-cream-with-just-one-ingredient-093414 recipies for Bannana Ice Cream, and it is YUM!!
All you do is peel, cut up and freeze some bannana's (alot of them if you want alot of icecream)
Once frozen, put them in blender or food processer, and blend away, may take a bit of time
Soon enough it will turn into this creamy goodness. You can then put it in the freezer to firm it up to a hard consetancy or eat it as is!
Also really good to add some peanutbutter and honey, or whatever
else you can come up with!
